Ministries...
Every member is a minister
The greatest thing a Christian can do is to have a part in helping someone else find Jesus. This is where you will find fulfillment as a Christian. Below you will find many of the ministries that Cornerstone is working on. God will use you in a great way if you let Him.
Ask any staff member or contact the church office at 918-274-3918 for more information.
Embrace a Soldier
CSFWB will be sending a package to each of our church family soldiers deployed overseas each and every month with your help.
We had a first hand opportunity to speak with Billy Arnold when he was home on leave and he gave us insight as to what our troops will need in the upcoming months. We have provided a suggested list of items and when you are out shopping, please pick up one or two items from this list and place in the box in the office area. We have also placed a jar in the office in case you would prefer to help with the shipping costs of these items.
This outreach program will only be a success if church members can contribute one or two items monthly.
Suggested Items for the Soldiers
If you would like to help out financially, Cornerstone and more importantly our soldiers would love your support.
Bus/Van Drivers
If you have your CDL, Cornerstone could use you to help drive buses and vans for both the children’s and homeless ministries.
Children’s Ministries
Cornerstone Kids, Patch The Pirate Club
Ministering to the needs of children is very important at Cornerstone. We are committed to the task of reaching children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have programs for children of all ages. We offer Cornerstone Kids children’s church, regular Sunday School, Saturday Bible Club, Patch The Pirate Club, PeeWee Patch Club and much more. At Cornerstone, we believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience.
Cornerstone Teen Ministries
Cornerstone teens are TOPs. Teens of Purpose. We believe teens should be excited about serving God.
Homeless Ministries
Cornerstones homeless ministry reaches out to the homeless of Tulsa and the surrounding communities. By evangelizing, restoring, rehabilitating, and equipping Cornerstone strives to fulfill the biblical mandate to care for a hurting and lost world.
Ladies Ministry
Our ladies ministries include Ladies Prayer Chain, Ladies Visitation, Ladies Auxiliary and Ladies Sunday School Class.
Music Ministry
Music is a priority at Cornerstone. Our musicians and singers not only sing and play about Him, but to Him as well. Our tastes in music are varied at Cornerstone. From Hymns and Praise choruses to Southern Gospel and Holiday Cantatas. Our desire is to lead our congregation in His presence and worship individually and corporately.
Men’s Class & Men’s Ministries
We have a great group of men at Cornerstone. We believe that our church is only as strong as our families and that places a lot of responsibility on our men. Our desire at Cornerstone is to equip men to be “Men of God”. Men that love and respect their wives, love and nourish their children, and love God and His church.
The core of this ministry is twofold…
- The Men’s Bible Class - Our lessons are topical in subject matter and give men a direct application on how to be “God’s Man”.
- Men’s Fellowships - Monthly prayer breakfasts and Father/Son camp outs are just a few fellowships we offer at Cornerstone.”
Nursery
The nursery provides care for children under two years old so that their parents can attend worship services without the distractions that “little ones” cause.
Cornerstone Businessman’s Fellowship
Our group meets monthly at a local restaurant or in our church fellowship hall for a breakfast and guest speaker. Our businessmen use this fellowship as a quorum, a sounding board, to discuss business issues. CEO’s and managers sometimes feel alone and need a brother to “Bounce an idea off of” or just lend an ear. Come join us, we have a cup of coffee waiting for YOU!”
B3 (Basic Believer’s Bible Study)
This class is designed to help you master the fundamentals of the Christian life as you explore the scriptures. It consists of 13 weekly lessons of Bible study and memory materials. Topics covered include: Assurance of Salvation, Answered Prayer, Victory over Sin, Forgiveness, Guidance, Putting Christ first, Relying on the Lord, Love, The importance of the Bible, Giving, The Church, Good Works, and Witnessing.

Cornerstone’s need for Sunday school workers is immense. We need some Sunday school helpers, and teachers for all age groups.
