Our Staff

Pastor

A native of Hoyt, Oklahoma, Dr. Curtis Linton attended Eastern Oklahoma State University, Tulsa Junior College and Hillsdale Free Will Baptist College. He received Bachelor of Applied Ministry from Oklahoma Missionary Baptist College, a Masters of Bible and Theology from Caribbean College of the Bible, a Doctorate of Religious Education from Great Plains Baptist College, and Doctor of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary. As pastor of Cornerstone for 21 years the church has grown from around 100 to a high day of 3,128 with a yearly high average of 1,125.

Dr. Linton is used extensively around the world as a conference speaker and evangelist. He founded most of the ministries at Cornerstone. He has also served on several district, state, national and college boards.

Associate Pastor / Music Director

Zack Hinson received his B.A. in Sacred Music and Bible from Southeastern Free Will Baptist College in North Carolina. Zack has over 8 years experience in the music ministry. Zack is also responsible for evangelism, buses, and Saturday/Sunday Bible Club.

Evangelism Director

Sam Smith is an associate pastor and Evangelism Director for Cornerstone and a 1997 graduate of Cornerstone Christian Academy. He is also a 2001 graduate of Southeastern Free Will Baptist College which is where he met his wife Jennifer, and received a B.A. in Bible and Pastoral Theology.

Sam has been actively involved in the ministries of preaching, soul winning, buses, and missions since answering the call to preach as a teenager. In March of 2004, God opened a door for Sam to come and minister full-tim here at Cornerstone where he grew up. Bro. Smith is currently in charge of bus routs, homeless services, visitation, Wednesday evening children’s classes, activities planning, and serves as the athletic director of Cornerstone Christian Academy.

Administrator

Dale Kufahl is a seasoned Christian school administrator with over 32 years of experience in establishing and operating Christian school programs. He received his B.S. in Education from Kansas State Teacher College and his Masters in Educational Administration and Supervision from Bob Jones University.

Principal

Roger Wilson received his B.A. in Leadership in Business Administration from Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Bartlesville Oklahoma and also attended Southeastern Free Will Baptist College and Campbell University in North Carolina. He is currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity Degree from Liberty University.

Children’s Pastor

Bob Jones has 19 years of experience working with children’s ministries. He is the Director of the newly established Such Is The Kingdom Ministries. Bob has taught several seminars related to children’s ministries, Sunday School programs, and children’s outreach programs. As a father of eight children, Bob truly has a heart for kids.

Hispanic Pastor

Arturo Quinones graduated from Betesda Baptist College Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and also holds a Masters degree from the University Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrey, NL Mexico. Brother Arturo began ministering to the Hispanic population in the Tulsa area in February 2000. Since that time more than 100 people have accepted Christ as their Savior. This past March the Hispanic congregation had a high day of 239! Cornerstone greatly appreciates the hard work Brother Arturo and his family do in the Hispanic community around the Tulsa area.
